Ralph dedicated decades of his life to growing and supporting soccer in Manitoba. His vision and leadership helped elevate the sport locally and inspired generations of players, coaches, and supporters.
He played a key role in bringing professional soccer to Winnipeg with the Winnipeg Fury, and his lifelong commitment to the sport earned him induction into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame.
In recognition of his tremendous impact on the game, the city proudly named the Ralph Cantafio Soccer Complex in his honour; a lasting tribute to the legacy he built for soccer in Manitoba.
Ralph’s passion, dedication, and love for the game helped shape the soccer community we know today. His influence will continue to live on through the many lives he touched and the countless players who will follow in his footsteps.
