Regional & Provincial Referee Upgrade Course

If you are interested on becoming a Regional Referee, please fill the Regional Upgrade Form.

The upgrading program consists of:

• a written exam (administered online by the CSA),
• completion of the Regional or Provincial Referee Upgrade Course as well as
• evaluation of the individual's assessments and,
• fitness testing results over a period of up to two years.

Individuals must also complete their annual MSA Referee Registration prior to registering for the Regional Upgrade Course.
