Futsal Provincials

Please read the 2025 MSA Futsal Provincial Championship Rules and Regulations for roster details and tournament rules. Please note, the bolded statements in the Rules and Regulations represent updates to the Rules and Regulations.

ENTRY DEADLINE & FEES

• Teams entering the Provincial Championship must submit the Entry Form, and Entry Fee to the Manitoba Soccer Association via RAMP at the time of the entry submission to be considered
• Non-Refundable Entry Fee - Futsal Provincial Championship - $300.00 (Deadline - 4 November 2024)
  • Entries not received before the deadline may not be accepted
• Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis

All teams and players must be registered with the Manitoba Soccer Association*

The 2025 MSA Futsal Provincial Championships will be held in Winnipeg.

Based on last year’s participation and limited facility availability entry is limited to 4 teams. Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis.

TEAM ELIGIBILITY

• The MSA Senior Men’s Futsal Provincial Championship Competition is open to registered members of the MSA. Teams do not necessarily have to play in a member league but must be a registered member of the MSA. All teams must complete the corresponding registration forms and pay the annual registration fee.
• Within the deadlines established, all teams must be registered with the MSA, submit the corresponding entry form, and satisfy the entry fee to be eligible to participate. Teams must submit a completed MSA Cup registration and entry fee of $300.00 to reserve a spot in the competition by 4 November 2024. Teams that are accepted into the tournament must submit rosters to the MSA by 25 November 2024. Failure to submit rosters by this date will result in an automatic disqualification from the tournament.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

• Only players registered with the MSA or an Association/League in membership shall be eligible to compete in the MSA Senior Men’s Futsal Provincial Championship Competition.
• A minimum of 10 players on the final submitted roster shall be either:
  • A Canadian Citizen; or
  • A Permanent Resident (as defined by the Government of Canada);
  • A Protected Person (as defined by the Government of Canada).

FUTSAL CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

• Launched in 2015, the Futsal Canadian Championship is Canada’s top-level club futsal championship.
• Canada Soccer has confirmed the hosting the 2025 Futsal Canadian Championship scheduled from 10-13 April 2025..
• Teams competing at the 2025 MSA Futsal Provincial Competition will be competing for a place to represent Manitoba at the 2025 Futsal Canadian Championships.
